Mainstay DS-6 is a 100% solids novolac epoxy coating that can be applied up to 0.100" (100 mils) in one or two multi-pass coats and is designed for industrial environments where certain acids or solvents are known to exist in the waste stream. 0.100" (100 mils) is the normal thickness applied in most manholes, with 0.060" (60 mils) being the minimum thickness when applied to concrete or restoration mortars. DS-6 is also ideal for secondary containment applications where varying concentrations of different acids and solvents are to be contained.
