Mainstay^® PortaMortar

Using standard fork attachments, the Mainstay PortaMortar machine can be fitted to just about any brand of skid steer loader (1,800 pound min. capacity) Tough rugged construction combined with ergonomic design and easy to access controls make the PortaMortar both simple and efficient to operate. Less fatigue means more production and a more effective workforce. When fitted with the optional hydraulically powered airless pump, the PortaMortar can apply heavy bodied 100% solids epoxies in remote, difficult to access locations When fitted with the optional hydraulically powered 13 CFM air compressor, the PortaMortar can spray apply heavy bodied restoration mortars anywhere the skid steer loader can go

This versatile and efficient machine will mix, pump and spray heavy bodied restoration mortars and epoxy coatings in difficult to access areas. This unit will run on most medium to large skid steer loaders and is powered by the skid steer loader's engine and hydraulics. This unit makes a great entry level package that can be adapted to other platforms as needs and job conditions change.
