John Deere powered utility mount compressor and hydraulic power unit

The power for many Mainstay equipment applications is provided by an Atlas Copco 185 CFM utility mount compressor. This compressor is powered by a 80 hp John Deere diesel engine. Compressed air from this unit is used to power the following equipment:
- Centrifugal mortar application spinner
- Centrifugal coating application spinner
- Airless spray pumps and solvent pumps
- Diaphragm water pump
- Hopper vibrators
- Miscellaneous air powered hand tools such as chipping hammers and pneumatic drills
In addition to providing compressed air for the above applications, this utility mount compressor is fitted with a hydraulic pump, oil tank and associated equipment. The hydraulic portion of this unit provides power to the following equipment:
- Mortar mixer and rotor/stator pump
- 10 KW generator
- 5,000 psi, 4.5GPM pressure washer
- Hydraulically powered 5,000 psi airless spray pump
