Plural Component Mixing/Proportioning Equipment
 Variable Ratio Proportioning
Custom fabricated Xtreme Mix plural component sprayers offer precise proportioning over a wide range of material ratios. This means that a single spraying system can be used to apply many different types of coatings in a wide variety of applications. These units offer highly accurate on-ratio performance and are easy to set up and maintain.
The unit on the right features insulated and heated stainless steel material hoppers and has been designed so that all of the coating pump components are enclosed, heated and insulated. These features allow the application of 100% solids coatings in relatively cool outdoor environments without the need for large and expensive "horse trailer" type enclosures. Systems such as this have been used to pump 100% solids epoxy products up to 300 feet.
 Fixed Ratio Proportioning
Upgrade from hand mixing with a custom fabricated mechanical proportioner. These machines offer the efficiency of plural component spray with the simplicity of a single air motor and absence of complicated electronics. Use only the amount of material you need and avoid costly material waste. Easy cleanup and simplicity of design make these units a favorite for over 30 years.
The unit on the right has been fabricated onto a pallet base so that it can be moved from one platform to another and offers the following features:

Conventional Airless Sprayers
Graco Extreme Airless Sprayers provide an economical and efficient way to apply 100% solids coatings with relatively long pot life. Madewell Products can provide custom stands and hoppers for these units. Units are available with conventional air motors or we can provide hydraulically powered units if a portable air source is not available or desired.
